With the expansion of the Whittlesea township, the existing IGA supermarket was in need of additional space and an improved retail experience to service the community, customers and employees. We undertook the development of a new purpose built $5 million development, consolidating the adjoining property with the existing IGA site to realise its potential for expansion and provide an upgraded space to benefit the local community. Opening in 2012, the newly refurbished IGA offers more than 2,500sqm of retail floorspace and basement car parking offering ease of access for visitors and businesses.
