Strategically acquired by the Crystal Group in the early 1990s, the future growth potential of 10 Queens Road Melbourne was realised by our investment in its redevelopment. Taking advantage of its idyllic location, significant lettable area of 9,000sqm and more than 150 onsite car parking spaces in one of Melbourne’s most sought-after business areas, we worked with our commercial partners, Maben, to completely refurbish the property.

The project delivered a total transformation, upgrading building services, obtaining NABERS rating, increasing onsite car parking and incorporating ground floor retail spaces. Full office fit-outs were completed, with the finished alterations by our architect, DCA Design, winning a Commercial Design award in 2009. The Crystal Group divested this property in 2013, realising a significant lift in value.
